Jesus is not looking for admirers. He is looking for companions. In this new sermon series, Journey to Jerusalem, Part 1, we follow Jesus from Luke 9:51 onward, as he resolutely sets his face toward Jerusalem.

This journey is not just about learning more facts about Jesus. It is about encountering him, knowing him more deeply, trusting him more fully, and joining him more courageously.

Along the way, Jesus teaches us to love our neighbors, trust our Father, seek God’s upside-down kingdom first, and surrender our lives to him.

As we study these passages together, we’ll keep returning to the call of discipleship: Be with Jesus. Become like Jesus. Do what Jesus did
