We invite you to prayerfully consider who God may be calling to serve as an elder or deacon. With their permission, you may use the form below to submit their name as a recommendation. Each submission will be prayerfully reviewed by the Nominating Committee as part of the discernment process.

Please use this form to recommend someone for elder or deacon who meets the requirements outlined in the information sheet (links at the top of this webpage). Before submitting a name, please review the requirements for each office. It’s important that nominees meet these biblical and practical qualifications.

Please also be sure you have their permission before submitting. Our Nominating Team will confirm when they receive your suggestion.

  • Recommending this person does not guarantee he/she will be a candidate. The Nominating Team will review all recommendations and determine who our elder and deacon candidates will be. There’s no need to follow up with the Nominating Team.
