WAKO

APRIL 15, 22, AND 29 | WEDNESDAYS | 5PM TO 8PM

FPC KOʻOLAU CAMPUS

WAKO stands for “Wednesdays at Ko‘olau” — three Wednesday nights when we offer various classes for everyone. WAKO can be like the front porch of First Prez: a welcoming space where connections begin, conversations unfold, and community comes to life.

For those who call First Prez home, this is a simple and meaningful opportunity to invite someone along — a friend, neighbor, coworker, or family member who might be curious but isn’t quite ready for church. The porch makes it easy: come to a class together, share an experience, and see what God might do.

And for those who are new or just exploring, consider this your invitation. You don’t have to have everything figured out. Just “step onto the porch!” With classes ranging from Bible conversations to baking, crafts, AI, and even Rumba, there’s something here for everyone — a relaxed, welcoming way to get a taste of community and what First Prez is all about.

SEE THE LIST OF CLASSES HERE.

We also invite you to stay for dinner in-between classes. Here’s the menu.

The porch light is on. Whether you’re extending an invitation or responding to one, there’s a place for you here.
