Women’s Ministry

First Prez women come from a wide variety of backgrounds, life experiences and life stages, but they share a common bond of sisterhood, which is expressed in this ministry.

Women transformed by the love of Christ

To draw women to a closer relationship with Jesus, through God’s Word, prayer, fellowship, and service.

“And let the beauty and delightfulness and favor of the Lord our God be upon us; confirm and establish the work of our hands — yes, the work of our hands, confirm and establish it.” - Psalm 90:17 (Amplified Bible)

Women’s Dinner: “Community and Connection”

Aug 23, Friday, 6-8 pm, Fellowship Hall

Join us for dinner and an authentic, lively panel discussion about the blessings and struggles of getting connected and deepening relationships in Christian community. The panel will include First Prez members Megan Lim, Sherri Shephard, Gloria Shomo, and Joy Yoshida. Come with your questions, thoughts, and insights, as we all share a night of deep conversation and enrichment with other women. Cost: $10 per person, $5 for college-aged women. Childcare is limited and available upon request. Buy your tickets in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday mornings, or online here.

Tuesdays, 9:30–11:30 AM, 4TH/5TH Grade Room
