RAA! (Retired Active Adults) Thanksgiving Event
Wednesday, Nov. 12, 10:30 am in Hale Ohana
RAA! will hold its annual Thanksgiving program
on November 12. Mr. Frank De Lima will perform. His
cassettes, videos and t-shirts will be available for
purchase. Thanksgiving luncheon follows at 11:45 am.
Cost: $10. Sign-ups will take place at the RAA! table
in Hale Ohana. Today is the last day to sign up and
pay!

Grapevine Update Meeting
Saturday, November 22, 7:00 pm in Hale Ohana
As we continue with our vision of increased
ministry, much planning has taken place on meeting the
challenge of increased growth. A special Grapevine Meeting
will be held to review why we need to move to a new
campus, update our progress to date, answer your questions,
and present the challenges which face us. The meeting
is open to everyone, but current and past leaders in
all ministry areas should make a point of attending.

2004 Conference: “Walk On Water”
Thursday-Saturday, February 26-28, 2004 at the Hawaii
Convention Center
Get discounted tickets to Hawaiian Islands Ministries'
2004 conference through First Prez! “Walk On Water,"
a Christian equipping conference, is scheduled for Feb
26-28, 2004 at the Hawaii Convention Center. Register
this week by buying discounted tickets for $149 from
the church office during regular business hours, Mondays
to Fridays, 8:30 am-5:00 pm. No reservations will be
taken. Only 40 tickets available. Cash and checks made
out to “First Presbyterian Church" will be

All members encouraged to attend. Purposes of meeting
are to 1) elect the Nominating Committee and additional
Elders and Deacons for 2004; and 2) present the budget
for 2004 and approve the pastors' terms of call.
Operation
Christmas Child
You can share God’s love with needy children in
Honduras, Kosovo or another country by taking part in
Operation Christmas Child. Complete details are in the
Operation Christmas Child brochure available at the
Children's Ministries table. There are also empty shoe
boxes available if you need them. You may want to stop
and see the video that is being shown. Help spread His
love and peace to a world in need by being part of this
special Christmas project. Today is the last day of
collection in Hale Ohana.

Christmas High Tea
Saturday, Dec. 6, 1:45-4:30 pm in Hale Ohana
Join us as we rejoice in the birth of our Savior, Jesus
Christ! A wonderful program of music will delight those
attending this year's Women’s Christmas High Tea,
themed "Angels We Have Heard on High." There
will be angel readings written by our very own ladies
and special music. Sign up to attend at the Women's
Ministry table beginning 11/16. Cost is $14 per person.

We are establishing a running club and clinic for runners
