Seekers
and Joiners Class In
order to become a member, a class called "Seekers
and Joiners" must be attended. This class is designed
specifically specifically for those who are interested
in membership, transferring their membership from
another church, renewing or reactivating their membership,
or becoming an affiliate member.
The
class sessions give people an opportunity to get to
know one another and the Christian faith, as they are
experiencing it. This time together is especially helpful
because it allows for fellowship with some other special
people at First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu. Please
know that attending does not obligate you to join this
congregation.
The
sessions are conducted by Pastor Dan Chun. Several topics
are covered during this time such as the vision of FPC
of Honolulu, the teachings of the Presbyterian church,
and other pertinent and helpful information. Childcare
is provided.
