We continue walking with Jesus in JOURNEY TO JERUSALEM PART 2, a study of Luke 13–19. As Jesus draws closer to Jerusalem, his words become increasingly personal and urgent, revealing not only what it means to follow him, but also the heart of God himself. We’ll see Jesus longing to gather his people like a mother hen, a prodigal father welcoming lost children home, and unlikely people discovering that God’s kingdom belongs to those who know they need grace.
Through each parable and encounter, Jesus invites us to examine our own hearts. Will we admire him from a distance, or come near and follow? Will we cling to status, possessions, and self-sufficiency, or learn to trust the Father and welcome others? Join us as we continue learning to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did.
