WORKSITES REQUIRING ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION STEPS
Three worksites require additional steps in the registration process.
  • Ho‘ola na pua: Volunteers must go through a free background check and review their guidelines. This is done online (only): https://hoolanapua.org/volunteer/
  • Foster Siblings Meet Up: Family Programs Hawaii requires that all their volunteers over 18 years of age take additional steps in the registration process. These volunteers are required to complete a volunteer profile form, undergo a Child Protective Services System Central Registry check, a State and National Criminal History Record check and waiver of liability form. Copies of these additional registration forms will be available on Sunday (they are attached to this email) and will be emailed to all volunteers.
  • Habitat for Humanity: Volunteers must complete Habitat’s release of liability form and will be available on Sunday morning. This form will also be emailed to volunteers.
